Obama and McCain Clash Over Iran

Sens. Barack Obama and John McCain traded jabs on foreign policy, calling each other naive and reckless, and arguing each is best equipped to confront Iran and other foreign threats.

The spark was comments made Thursday by President Bush during commemorations for the 60th anniversary of Israel. In his speech, Mr. Bush likened those who would negotiate with terrorists and radicals to appeasers of Nazi Germany. The president referred to those who would talk to Iran, which has called for the destruction of the Jewish state.
